Usability testing
Usability is the extent to which a product can be used to achieve a specified goal with effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction in a specified context of use. Therefore, usability testing determines whether a system meets a predefined level of usability for specific types of users completing specific tasks.

CUG will usability test your product with a custom designed test tailored to your needs. Typical testing consists of 5-8 users of your choice (i.e. age group, expertise level) to test your product. The users will complete a series of scenarios using your product that we will design together.
During the testing, user actions and comments will be recorded. Once the testing is complete the user performance data will reveal areas of your product that need improvement. CUG will then work with you to determine the best course of action to implement the changes.
